First Ever Road Trip

Caroline & I took our first ever "Photography Road Trip" recently. We decided to spend the day touring what I call the "Big Loop" which ranges from Tate's Hell State Forest, through Eastpoint and Appalachicola and on to Cape San Blas and back up through Port St. Joe and Wewahitchka. Had the opportunity to get some really great pictures. We were even treated to a VIP tour of the Sleeping Beauty Lighthouse (thanks MC). Here are a few the pictures I took. I'll post some of Caroline's when she's done editing them......

Great Outdoors

Had a little "down time" this weekend to do some Nature photography. I thought it would be a great "therapy" to spend some time enjoying some of God's wonderful creations and maybe even capture a few of them in pictures. I now have a new respect for nature photographers- it's hard work but it can be very rewarding. Here's a few of my favorites from this weekend.

2 Beach sessions available...

B's crew will be in the St. Joe Beach area this weekend for a wedding and we can't pass up the chance for some late-afternoon sessions. We'll have two 30 minute sessions available- one at 6:00 pm and one at 6:30 pm (Central time). Drop us an email at ben@bsphotoinc.com if you're interested. Since we'll already be in the area, we'll waive the "out-of-town" sitting fee and only charge the standard $50. Let us know by Noon on Friday!

Five Years Old

Unbelieveable. Someone told me shortly after Anna Jo was born- "You'll turn around and she'll be starting school". Well, you were right. Today our fancy princess turns FIVE. She's much of the reason B's Photo exists. Anna Jo has had a camera in her face since the moment she took her first breath and has been my practice subject for over 10,000 shots. It's no wonder she knows how to make such great pictures. Post her some birthday love in the comments section!!
