Isn't it obvious....

...that we had a GREAT time today? Such a pleasure to work with the Williams family today. I'm not sure who had more fun, me or Sam and Ruthie!

New Looks are Catching On...

That's right, B's Photo is setting trends around Blountstown!! Everyone is getting a new look. Even our own Caroline. You'll remember the long flowing hair in the "Standing Tall" post from a few weeks back~ now, with a little help from the ladies at Studio 20 & Merle Norman, she's sporting a new, shorter hairstyle. This new look wasn't just for show, after Caroline's Grandmother, Betty Tomlinson, lost her battle with cancer nearly two years ago, Caroline decided to grow her hair long enough to make a donation to "Locks of Love", a foundation that makes wigs for people who have lost thier hair due to cancer treatments. GREAT JOB CAROLINE! We're proud of you and the new "do" looks fantastic!!!
The "pre-haircut" Caroline

They cut off over 10 inches of hair!!

And now the new "do"

Is that blood on my knife?

Oh yeah! Those are the words that should begin every photo session, makes the photographer really loosen up. Just kidding~ at least I think he was kidding. Here are a few from a ~covert mission~ we conducted just before Christmas. Couldn't show these until after a select few parties. This group of cousins was a blast to work with!! Thanks guys & gals!!!

New Look for the New Year~

Brooke will probably make me change this before I leave for work tomorrow, but for now we have a new look to the blog. We've also made it easier to post comments, no need to sign up for anything anymore. Just submit your comment and it will show up later in the day (has to be approved to weed out the spammers). So please, if you like a picture, let us know!! And if you like the new look, let us know. Maybe we'll keep it this way!

The Princess and the Frog~

Just as a mechanic's car is the last to be fixed, a photographer's children are often the last in line for pictures. This afternoon's practice session turned out to be a full blown photo session for one of my most demanding clients~ but it is always fun working for Her Majesty.
